We understand how time consuming it can be, as a listing agent,  to gather all the information required to submit to lenders, and the expertise needed to successfully negotiate a short sale on your real estate transactions.

Should you decide to continue with Bridgeview Title, and retain our services  for your transaction, we would then open a file on your behalf and our office would step in to contact your seller to begin the process of gathering the lender documentation necessary, tracking the progress, and negotiating a short sale contract with their lender.  Any fees relating to the short sale negotiation process are charged on the HUD-1 at the time of settlement .
